Wills and Estate Planning
Our fees for Wills and Estate Planning are fixed and are listed below:
| Standard Single Will | £295 plus VAT |
| Standard Mirror Wills (couple) | £495 for pair plus VAT |
| Life Interest (Trust) Will | £375 each plus VAT |
| Discretionary Trust Will | £450 each plus VAT |
| Severance of Joint Tenancy | £150 plus VAT |
| Trust Deed | £395 plus VAT |
Probate & Estate Administration
Our Probate and Estate Administration fee structure is simple. We can either work at an hourly rate of £275 plus VAT or we can agree with you a full estate administration service at a fixed fee which, in most cases, will be between 2% and 4% of the value of the estate (subject to a minimum fixed fee of £1,500)

Power of Attorney and Capacity
Our Power of Attorney and Capacity fees are fixed and include us going through the registration process for you with the Office of the Public Guardian and providing a certified copy of each registered document for you at no extra charge:

PLEASE NOTE all fees quoted are subject to an additional charge for VAT at the rate of 20%.
* COURT REGISTRATION FEES: In any event, in addition to our fee you need to budget for the Court registration fee paid to the Court on Registration of £92 per document
